Our Outplacement Support service provides tailored, one-to-one career transition support for employees impacted by redundancy or the end of a fixed-term employment arrangement.

Redundancy and other employment transitions can be challenging for everyone involved. Providing meaningful support to employees during this time can help people navigate their next career step.

Our approach is employee-led. We take the time to understand each person's experience, skills, career goals and circumstances before developing practical support for their next step.

Our Outplacement Support service provides tailored, one-to-one career transition support for employees impacted by redundancy or the end of a fixed-term employment arrangement.
Programs are generally delivered over 4–6 weeks, with additional support available between sessions and following the core program. Support can be provided as a standalone service or integrated into an existing HR Business Partner engagement.

Our outplacement support is delivered by one of our GSS HR Business Partner representatives with professional qualifications in career development, including Professional Membership of the Career Development Association of Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development.
